   Manage, develop, and ensure the quality of online courses in Canvas within the guidelines of accrediting agency and industry needs; schedule and implement new course delivery to LMS. Responsible for the operating budget of 3.2 million, with 50% growth YOY; 27% profit margin. Responsible for managing and routing all Help Desk Tickets to a successful resolution for LMS, LTI’s and publishing partner products via Sales Force. Oversee the development and roll-out of expansion of admissions into two online programs to 44 ground locations, resulting in a 50% increase in enrollments in three months. Mange and work collaboratively with Academic Team, Lead Faculty and Faculty members to plan, develop, and coordinate courses and programs via Canvas; develop appropriately unified course format to provide students with seamless, user- friendly experience. Identify opportunities to expand and explore new e-learning solutions and services to increase student retention and engagement, develop/support e-student services and improve student learning outcomes while student satisfaction rate average of 95%. Oversee the scheduling of online course offerings for 350 students for each five-week term; streamlined course schedules, reducing courses offered each term on average 30%. Responsible for student support services for new enrollments and current students to ensure their entire online education experience is user-friendly, effective, and successful. Ensure the instructional quality of courses/programs; assess faculty teaching style(s) and use of appropriate pedagogy; identify areas of opportunity in courses/programs, and implement strategies for improvement. Oversee the day to day operations, management and executable tasks and working relations with publishing and student assessment 3rd party partners. Develop and manage workflow for career services for all online graduates across 44 campuses.
