Three decades on, my purpose remains clear: empowering lives and scaling businesses through franchising, skill development, mentorship, and entrepreneurship.I began as a trainer at CADD Centre in 1992 and rose to become its Managing Director, scaling it into a global network spanning engineering, creative design, IT, project management, and people skills training - with 2.5M+ students and centres across 30+ countries. Along the way, I have mentored thousands of entrepreneurs to build profitable, sustainable businesses through franchising, while creating a diversified multi-brand portfolio in education, staffing services, and recruitment, and scaling it into strategic business units.Building on this foundation, I ventured into the beauty & wellness industry with Naturals Salon & Spa, where I now serve as Director.
