ABOUT KARA HANNAH

CIPD qualified Learning & Development and Resourcing specialist with over 15 years experience in a range of management and consulting roles focused on improving business performance through people. I have experience managing, designing and delivering effective leadership development programmes for leaders at all levels within an organization. My passion is to support leaders to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to lead their teams through change to deliver outstanding performance within an environment of challenge and support. I am skilled at working with teams to support high performance. Based on a philosophy that focuses on understanding individuals within a team and the significant contribution they make, I have a proven track record of helping teams to improve communication, gain an insight into how individuals make decisions and ultimately improve performance.
