Prior to moving into recruiting partnerships, I spent several years working in people-focused roles where relationship building, organization, and attention to detail were essential. Those skills continue to shape how I approach hiring today. Outside of recruiting, I’m also a real estate professional based in West Michigan, where I enjoy helping clients navigate buying and selling homes and land.
