ABOUT KAROLINA EBEL
Imagine this: You\'ve put in years of hard work, earned degrees from top law schools and navigated a competitive work environment representing Fortune 500 companies. Yet there\'s a nagging feeling that something\'s missing. Career satisfaction. That\'s where my story fits in. I switched gears from practicing as an M&A/IP attorney to marketing, while also carving out time to coach ambitious overachievers in finding fulfillment in their careers. It was a leap my teenage self, who always dreamed of being an attorney, would have never predicted but would absolutely approve of now that we\'re here! In my role at Simpson, I work alongside partners to craft compelling professional narratives and drive industry-focused business development projects. As a career coach, I\'m here to guide those looking to align their work more with their priorities in life. Find the job fulfillment they\'re missing out on. What makes me unique is my own career change, along with my understanding of the challenges that come with accepting the need to pursue a career that complements our lives rather than takes over them. I come from a Czech-Polish background and have spent most of my life studying in French schools and then earning my J.D. in the U.S, which makes me particularly attuned to the challenges international professionals face when working in the U.S. If you\'re a high achiever who feels like something\'s missing in their career, reach out. Let\'s chat about your career goals and aspirations and see how to move you in a direction tailored to your own work-life needs rather than the expectations of P.S. Just a quick note—any thoughts on this LinkedIn page are my own and don\'t represent the views of any past or present employers.
