I mentor and coach my team to build new relationships and grow existing partnerships by listening, providing top tier customer service and delivering quality IT Talent. As a team, we work together to keep abreast of IT industry hiring trends, emerging technologies and advancements within recruiting and staffing. One of our more recent team accomplishments has been expanding the reach of CSS TEC nationally. Our Account Executive team covers most of the US including Mid-Atlantic, New England, South East, Mid-West and South-West. We thrilled to see how our outstanding Sales team can help more companies grow their IT teams across the US!
