Assist in the daily management and operation of a Part 139 certificated, non-hub commercial service airport, ensuring continuous compliance with FAA regulations, TSA requirements, and airport policies. • Support Part 139 certification activities, including airfield inspections, training, recordkeeping, and coordination with the FAA during audits and inspections. • Oversee airfield operations including runway, taxiway, and apron inspections; issue NOTAMs; and coordinate corrective actions for airfield discrepancies. • Support airport safety programs, emergency response planning, wildlife hazard management, and snow and ice control operations. • Coordinate with airlines, FBOs, tenants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport operations. • Participate in development, maintenance, and execution of the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP), including tabletop exercises and full-scale emergency drills. • Manage and support airfield maintenance and construction activities to minimize operational impacts. • Assist with airport budgeting, capital improvement planning (ACIP), grant compliance, and Airport Improvement Program (AIP) project administration. • Supervise, train, and support operations and maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and best practices. • Respond to after-hours incidents, aircraft emergencies, and irregular operations as part of an on-call management rotation. • Support environmental compliance programs including stormwater management and wildlife mitigation efforts. • Utilize airport operations software and reporting systems for inspections, work orders, NOTAMs, and regulatory documentation.
