ABOUT KARA STELFOX

As a French-to-English translator. I aim to help clients and businesses spread their message and convey important information to their customers and target audiences. I achieve that aim by rigorously searching for just the right English words and turns of phrase to compellingly express each unique message, value proposition, product, or service. As a mental performance consultant and biofeedback practitioner.🧠 I help athletes from the youth to World Cup and Olympic levels excel by using biofeedback and mental skills training. I aim to help my clients gain an edge by improving their self-awareness, self-regulation, and specific mental skills such as focus, emotion management (e.g, performance anxiety), and dealing with distractions and adversity. My primary aim as a MPC is to help people achieve consistent performance and live closer to their potential each day! As a former corporate trainer at Third Factor.‍ I facilitated workshops on Building Resilience from Whistler, B.C. to London, England, and with organizations including RBC, Twitter, Queen\'s University, Hydro One, and the USGA, among others. Third Factor Inc. helps leaders and their teams convert pressure into growth through learning experiences that cross-pollinate the best ideas from sport, academia, business and government.
