ABOUT KARA R.
The phonetic pronunciation of the name Áine, is \'ON-yaa.\' An Irish derivative that means \'radiance\' and \'brilliance.\' Tracing back to Celtic mythology, Áine was known as the Celtic Goddess of Summer. Áine Healthcare is an evidenced-based practice with a focus on an integrative and patient-centric approach to regenerative medicine. Our practice remains passionate about improving care quality and safety, while empowering informed decision making with the latest scientific research. My desire for starting my own practice in regenerative medicine stems from my own multi-system trauma and skin cancer journeys. It is my philosophy, that the industry has the profound ability to impact healthcare. Through science, we are able to serve patients through their unique recovery journey, not only by further enhancing natural beauty, but also optimizing their mitochondrial health. For the past two decades, I have provided patient and family-centric care, while directing clinical operations in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, and Aeromedical realms as a board certified nurse practitioner. My love of continuing education in critical care medicine continues to be fulfilled at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I am privileged to be on the Cardiac Surgery team, in conjunction with Harvard Medicine. Over the past few years, my knowledge within this field has grown through my love of continuing education and further expounding on my passion for regenerative medicine. Through this time, I have invested countless hours within the industry, while receiving multiple certificates, as it pertains to functional medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy as an EvexiPEL® provider, regenerative aesthetic injections in the states and the UK, as well as my medical director certificate through the state of Arizona. As a life-long learner, I continue to invest in my education to provide the utmost patient safety, while elevating best practice guidelines, as the field of regenerative medicine continues to evolve.
