   CIO Tooling Focal [Jira and Apptio (Targetprocess)], created a customized Jira management dashboard • Constructed management dashboard consisting of all CIO Iteration Manager Jira projects to provide visibility/status to high level initiatives• Created education material and trained Iteration Managers on the hierarchy and structure required for reporting to Jira and rolling out to Apptio (Targetprocess)• Modernized two existing software asset management applications with Nlyte software and professional services - Nlyte Asset Optimizer (NAO) asset lifecycle management and Nlyte Energy Optimizer (NEO) tracking power chain • Successfully lead FOAK worldwide effort to separate & /or close IBM/Kyndryl Data Centers per IBM/Kyndryl contractual obligations o Created end-to-end process to have data centers cleared and turned back to Kyndryl/landlords Migrated applications Shut down and disposed of hardware (IBM, GARS, 3rd party) Destroyed drives/tapes Separated networks o Closed 34 global locations in 18 months o Implemented a comprehensive Rapid Exit process to close seven data centers in six weeks accounting for more than 30K pieces of hardware removed/scrapped; more than 35K devices shredded/destroyed beating the contracted exit schedule by two weeks• Drove strategic initiatives for zDD (IBM Z Development Datacenter) o Creation of DR infrastructure consisting of 3 LPARs and 1 coupling facility; disk mirroring between Production and DR DS8K; IPL LPARs and coupling facility on DR Z frame & network isolation so Production and DR can run independently o Modernized zDD Storage with two new Brocade7 switches
