Hi there! I\'m Kara Pierce Fisher, and I have the privilege of leading operations and training for the largest network of federal grants consultants in the nation. My passion lies in solving complex problems and driving operational excellence.In my role, I oversee a dynamic consultant network, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and enhance efficiencies. I\'m skilled in Salesforce administration, employee engagement, people management, strategy, instructional design, and communications. I believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can excel.I earned my Bachelor\'s degree in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, focusing on East Asian Affairs and Chinese language, history, and culture. This diverse background has enriched my perspective and approach to leadership. I am currently pursuing an M.S. in Human Resource Development at Villanova University to bolster my knowledge of organizational development, adult learning & development, and strategic leadership.Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, reading and engaging with my organization the DC Book & Sip Club, and exploring new places and cultures.
