PDC Wellness has a portfolio of brands across Beauty, Wellness and Personal care. My role is a standalone HR & Operations Manager for a team of around 100. Key focus areas include: Finance: Budget management inc staffing costs / training costs & Monthly Payroll - P&L Management and quarterly forecastingEmployee Relations: Including but not limited to recruitment / redundancies / terminations / probation\'s / reviews / 1-2-1’s / inductions / compliance / new starters (contracts & compliance)/ wellbeing / incentives Policies: Reviewing and creating new policies inline with our vision and values – such as the enhanced maternity/ paternity policyL & D: In-house training/ Coaching and bringing in external trainers / employee PD plansED & I: Working with an external company to help build training and awareness around all areas of the intersectionality wheel with the aim to create a inclusive and mindful workplace where every individual can represent their authentic self. Operations: General day to day office management – Facilitated and project managed an office re-location and warehouse closure (including budget management, timings and contracts)
