Expand access to new technology tools for faculty and staff within the university that will empower individuals to change current business practices, reduce redundancy and inspire new ways of team collaboration through Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, planning portal infrastructure, planning site design, layouts and navigation, development of a communications plan and materials, and building and conducting site owner and end user training. In addition, formulating a governance plan to control proper use of the portal and establishing site security structure and groups. Above all else, evangelizing the SharePoint portal solution to the greater university community to generate widespread adoption.
