I have over 13 years of experience in higher education settings, nonprofits, and career coaching, as well as coursework in a Master of Arts in Counseling program with a mental health focus. I have a passion for creating strong relationships and developing others, especially those who face unique workplace challenges due to their ADHD symptoms.My core competencies include mentoring, communication, project management, event planning, graphic design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
