Requests assistance from Purchasing & Estimating for complex ATC requests-Assists in customer\'s Color Book selection and keeps the customer on time with scheduled selection meetings to meet construction timeline-Coordinates plan revisions with owners, supply base, subcontractors, superintendents, and designers-Assures color selections and ATCs are approved in writing by owners before continuing with coordination, scheduling, and procurement-Distributes handover packets when appropriate to superintendents, vendors, and customers-Attendance of pre-drywall walks to verify ATCs have been implemented in the field-Prepares and maintains project files - with proper documentation referencing Color Book and ATC selections, cost, profit, price, vs project\'s budget. Included is timing information and verification of customer approvals-Distributes selection documents - for client approval; including all appropriate products, colors, and model information-Provides information and support - to field personnel, subcontractors, and internal parties-Speaks with clients and communicate regularly on the progress of their color selections,
