Healthy Me- Healthy SC is a collaborative partnership between MUSC and Clemson University, with a mission to improve healthcare access and inequities in the rural and underserved areas of the state through impact and innovation - Plan and implement short and long term strategic growth plans and multi-stakeholder engagement strategies - Oversee nine programs (30+ individuals), and provide direction to staff - Develop cross-sectional, strategic partnerships - Advise on new strategies in accordance with public health trends and best practices to improve health equity and access for South Carolinians - Oversee development of business plans, monitor financial performance and productivity- Oversee development of performance metrics/KPI\'s via program scorecards and operational dashboard, to track impact and growth - Conceptualize and develop business and innovation strategies; collaborate with other stakeholders and leaders - Lead the development and deployment of a COVID-19 testing team, focused on testing and vaccinating in the state\'s rural and underserved areas during the height of the pandemic
