Responsible for the Ventures and Foods & Resources portfolio for driving IT strategy, digital transformation roadmaps, innovation, process analysis and optimization, program management and delivery Drove setting up of the IT function as a shared service across the group. Defined a target state ERP landscape which was proliferated with spaghetti architecture, duplication, point to point integration and outdated software and infrastructure. Implemented Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations across Al Ghurair Group with 11 go-lives in 20 months (Jun 21 to Jan 23), 2 ISV Solutions (Independent software vendor) to cater to Automotive and Printing Industry specific requirements, covering 200+ core team members across business and IT and full in-house implementation team from IT. Stabilization of solution, rolling out solution to other businesses and geographies and augmenting the base solution with automations and enhancements is currently underway and planned to be completed by end of 2023.
