Greetings! I am Kapil Vats, am a law graduate class of 2023 from Amity Law School. Alongside, I am also pursuing a Company Secretary (CS) course and have successfully passed two modules of the final stage. My interests and expertise lie in corporate law practice, specifically in areas such as M&A, corporate governance etc. I have previously interned with a few law firms like Trilegal, KCO, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and others, with respective corporate teams. During my time in law school, as the Head Student Coordinator for Amity Law School at CRC, Placements, and Industry Interaction, I have acquired valuable leadership and teamwork skills.
