I lead a team focused on ensuring accuracy, stability, and reliability across loan journey workflows, underwriting systems, credit decisioning, and partner integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the QA team dedicated to Lending Tech, ensuring strong ownership across all loan-related modules.Define end-to-end QA processes for PRD reviews, test planning, scenario design, API validations, and regression strategy across lending flows.Oversee testing for critical journeys such as onboarding, KYC, bureau checks, risk rules, credit decision engine, loan approval, disbursals, repayments, and collections.Validate complex lending logic including policy-based decisioning, 5×5 grid evaluations, limit calculations, CLI/Top-up flows, mandate verification, and compliance scenarios.Build and enhance automation frameworks for API and backend testing to accelerate release cycles and improve stability.Collaborate closely with Lending Product, Engineering, Risk, and Data Science teams to ensure lending rules, scoring models, and system behaviors are consistent and accurate.Own quality gates, release readiness, defect triage, RCA, and production health for lending features.Ensure all lending systems meet performance, scalability, and regulatory benchmarks.
