Leading, planning and managing mechanical and mechatronics related activities for the newly established Electronics Business Unit. Being the first hire to building a team of mech. engineers for EBU (ADAS) India. Actively participates in communication with customers, leaders, vendors and different stakeholders. Successfully done POC for surround view system which helped in fetching 2 customers,(4 projects in total). Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle as product manager. Responsible for defining and/or creating documentation, workflows and processes for the Business Unit. Implementing agile methodology and using Jira as a tool for monitoring and program management. BoM cost reduction achieved by developing vendors and implementing VAVE. Timely met SOP of Infotainment and SVS system cum speakers to customer which was the first project of Business Unit as well as added the product to Varroc Portfolio. Lead Design & Development, Packaging, CAE and Validation activities to bring robustness to the products. Responsible for ADAS Level 1 integration in test-vehicle ensuring the safety of passengers and products. Market Study, Benchmarking and comparisons for implementing new features into the product. Supported in plant layout, defining assembly layout and process flow.
