I focus on optimizing processes, reducing lead times, enhancing tool life, and fostering a safe and efficient work culture. My aim is to ensure mould readiness aligns seamlessly with tire development and production targets.With over a decade of experience in plant operations, equipment installation, vendor management, and team leadership, I bring hands-on expertise in managing high-precision manufacturing environments.
