Global lead of Zaidyn platform, our end-to-end analytics platform, leveraging AI/ML and cloud technologies, enabling comprehensive data ingestion, insight generation to insight consumption. Developed managed services capability for multiple pre-built solutions like Sales Performance, Customer 360, Patient Support Services/Analytics, Specialty Analytics, Contract Analytics, Real World Evidence etc. Illustrative Engagements: • Largest Zaidyn platform rollout for a large Pharma organization with over 100 countries, including China, to transform Data Management, Reporting and Advance Analytics/Data Science. Replaced over 50 legacy local systems for commercial and launched new innovation use case like Omnichannel/NBA in record time. • Commercial build outs for emerging pharma companies launching their first product in areas like Specialty, Oncology, Rare disease etc. Includes Data and System Strategy, Launch PMO, Veeva CRM/Vault, SFMC, Data Aggregation, MDM, Data warehouse, Sales, Marketing and Patient Services Reporting. • Multi-year transformation of US legacy sales, marketing and managed markets solutions to REVO (now Zaidyn) Analytics platform for a large pharmaceutical client with over US reps. • Migration of legacy Data warehouse and analytics solution to Enterprise Data Lake for a large fast food chain. • Global (US, EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC) data management and reporting system to support over reps for one of the largest medical device manufacture in the world.
