The fibre services include on-net, off-net, dark fibre, P2P and resilient circuits. The processes includes Marketing (Lead Management), Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Integration with OSS, Commercial Asset Management, Incident and Case Management. There are several other capabilities such as stop the clock, multi-site orders, bulk orders for enterprise customers, special orders managed via project management. Finally, operational and management reports on Salesforce for Marketing, Sales, Provisioning, Finance, Network Operations.
