After 14+ years leading complex product development initiatives across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer health in India, Thailand, China, and the UK, I’ve made an intentional career pivot into change management and transformation. I’ve recently taken up role or Global R&D Manager - PLM Deployment, where I’m intend to apply my deep R&D operational expertise to lead enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management implementation across global sites.This transition represents the natural evolution of my career—from developing products to transforming how organizations develop products. I’ve seen firsthand how the right systems, processes, and ways of working can accelerate innovation, reduce time-to-market, and enable R&D teams to focus on what they do best: creating products that improve lives.
