My role involves managing medium to large deal pursuits, developing solution strategies, and translating them into innovative solutions. I lead design assessment workshops, oversee commercial negotiations, and handle contracting processes. My focus is on enterprise-level deals with a strong emphasis on finance and accounting, procurement, and emerging domains across various industry verticals.Previously, I served as the Global Operating Leader at Genpact, where I managed client operations and relationships for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and life sciences clients with a team of over 600 employees.My career began at Citibank, where I managed equity investment portfolios. I then held positions at Siemens, Pfizer, and Microsoft, focusing on financial controllership. For the past 20 years at Genpact, I have dedicated 15 years to financial controllership roles, including an international assignment in London as a finance controller for both US and UK operations. Currently, I lead solutions for the EU/UK market from London.My extensive experience in controllership and client operations has been instrumental in achieving success in my current role.
