Drafted the O&M policy for rural water supply schemes under JJM Assam, serving as the guiding instrument for sustainable operations and maintenance.2. Designed a state-wide monitoring framework for ~350 Community WASH Coordinators (CWCs) across 35 districts, enabling evaluation of performance in maintaining water quality across Piped Water Supply Schemes (PWSS)(as of March 2025). Introduced a workload-based categorization model to rationalize CWC deployment.3. Supporting the Mission Director in building a long-term, sustainable financing architecture for O&M—exploring carbon credits, development bonds, and blended financing models to meet the needs of schemes.4. Redefining water quality assessments procedures and monitoring instruments for decision-making concerning ~80 NABL-accredited labs in Assam and simplifying community-led monitoring using Field Test Kits (FTKs) through women-led groups across 35 districts, ensuring timely and simplified reporting and ensuring public awareness through targeted communication.5. Analyzing the JJM-BRAIN portal databases for building logics and redefining decision-making processes with automated triggers for responsible stakeholders. The analytics reports shall serve as the base for comprehensive audits and procedural checks ensuring sustainability in larger scheme of operations.
