My career has spanned from an innovative India based startup to a prestigious UK-based agency then shifted to the EU process and now in TBO, based in Gurgaon, each step contributing to my growth and understanding of the industry. Profitable Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with hoteliers and travel vendors, securing the most favorable B2B rates to ensure higher margins. Web Portal Updates: Efficiently managed the updating of B2B rates on our web portal, ensuring accuracy at all times. Booking Management: Adeptly handling offline bookings, showcasing my ability to multitask and maintain order. Proactive Query Resolution: Consistently addressing queries in a proactive manner, providing timely and effective solutions. Process Optimization: I’ve contributed to streamlining back office processes through the development of SOPs & flow charts.
