I am an MBA (Human Resources) professional currently working as a Management Trainee – HR at Strainx Biotech, a pharma/biotech manufacturing organization with Greenfield plant operations. I am gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing HR, including recruitment and onboarding support, HR documentation, attendance and workforce coordination, and learning statutory and compliance-oriented HR practices in a plant environment.My earlier HR internships provided practical experience in resume screening, candidate management, interview coordination, and onboarding, while my background as a Customer Support Executive strengthened my communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, which are essential for employee-facing HR roles.I aim to build a long-term career in global Pharma / Biotech HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Plant HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.
