   My work has been varied across the healthcare ecosystem as I have worked on collaborative, fast-paced teams looking to solve pressing issues for pharma and healthcare executives. As part of the Enterprise Strategy and Value team, we work to help organizations with large transformations at the highest level, and realign their strategy with their long-term goals and existing capabilities and resources. My work in this role has included- Helping a large pharmaceutical company CEO to redefine his organization\'s strategic identity, identify leading industry capabilities and transform its operating model to better align with its strategic goals- Assisting a med tech executive team with optimizing its pricing of provider enablement tools through a market deep-dive consisting of KOL interviews and surveys- Working with a regional health plan\'s COO to optimize her company\'s operating model based on their unique internal and market needs, including required governance bodies and interaction models- Helping a med device manufacturer executive team with the transfer and subsequent ramp down planning for its largest manufacturing facilities, including building out of detailed headcount models with 30+ underlying variables
