Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for new business development by sourcing and implementing successful strategies and create new leads, develop, implement, and grow profitable sales for EPR Business.• Assist in incorporation of a sales strategy that is based on face-to-face presentations with prospects, identifies services, creates value – added waste management solutions for clients.• Maintain all prospects and active customer accounts information, develops relationships and enters into long term contracts with corporate Clients.• Attending and participation in trade shows & expos to generate new leads and build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.• Support team members, manage and train business development team.• Handling PIBOs, third party partners, recyclers, and ULBs for effective EPR fulfilment including business transactions of both recyclable and non-recyclable waste.
