   As a key member of the Global Public Health and Federal Practice Public Health teams, the Senior Pricing and Costing Manager is responsible for leading the preparation of Cost Proposals, including all proposal budgets to a variety of international institutional donors, foundations, and corporations (USAID, CDC, WB, GFATM (The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria), Fleming Fund, UN Agencies, etc.), as well as domestic public health agencies (ASPR - Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response), BRDA (Bureau of Rate Development and Analysis), FDA, CDC, HHS). They will facilitate the design of innovative, impactful international and US-based programs by capturing and evaluating nuanced details of cost-drivers that deliver high-quality interventions such as for staffing, partnerships, training costs, supplies and equipment, across multi-year work plans in budgets and narrative descriptions for complex competitive bids. Drive business decisions with the design team about Price to Win/ Fee and partnerships by ensuring these elements align, enhance and support a robust, realistic and feasible win and implementation strategy for the technical approach and management approach. Managing all aspects of business and cost volumes for each assigned bid, the Senior Manager liaises with the design team and partners to request, digest and present business and cost requirements in the most effective manner with excellent budgeting, writing, editing and presentation skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe. Provide backstopping, oversight and coaching to team members on all design aspects of the business and cost applications for bids. The Senior Cost and Pricing Manager will work to develop, communicate, and execute pricing and subcontracting strategies for proposals
