   Launched self-serve dashboards that turned 1–2-day analyst replies into instant answers; time-to-answer ↓ ~90%(1–2 days → <1 min). Adoption now drives a majority of routine questions to self-serve, shrinking the ad-hoc queue- Applied AI applications to benefit my team—text-to-SQL RAG, query catalog, and join-key validator—that cut ad-hoc turnaround ~73%. Standardized SQL patterns and reduced back-and-forth so teams ship decisions faster- Scaled and diversified the Spark Community through targeted, manual recruitment—added panelists, bringing the panel to to better match supplier needs. Improved representativeness and sped up study fills and insight cycle time.
