AboutWith over 18 years in the IT industry, I specialize in Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies, with deep expertise across design, implementation, and operations. My primary focus has been on Cisco’s collaboration suite, along with strong experience in IPC Unigy Trader Voice, Avaya Meeting Exchange, NICE Voice Recording, AWS Connect, and Sonus SBCs. I also bring a solid background in legacy PBX systems from Nortel, Avaya, and Mitel, and have worked with platforms from Microsoft and Zoom.Currently, I serve as Vice President of Enterprise Voice Technology Operations, leading a 30-member global team that manages steady-state voice operations for Goldman Sachs.
