15 years experience in oil and gas industry & Unit in-charge level with emphasis on Mechanical. •Experience in Oil and Gas Maintenance & construction in both onshore and offshore in various large constructions and shutdown in Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals, Refinery, Engineering and Infrastructure. •Experienced in activities including Piping, Structural and Equipment installation, per-commissioning and commissioning, Tie -in, & Hot taping in shutdown works etc. •Ensure that all Piping construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements. •Ensure that Piping construction contractors working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions. •Responsible for the HSES and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule. •Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools applicable to the particular discipline and area of work. •Management of all project resources including personnel from different ethnic and cultural background with varying technical abilities. Identify problems in advance, dissect them into their components, produce practical preventive solutions and monitor their implementation. •Strong knowledge with international codes and standards related to the design, engineering, procurement and construction of piping and pipeline systems for Oil & Gas facilities•Good Knowledge of Auto card and MS Office.
