I am a corporate transactional lawyer and I earned my LL.M. from Cornell Law School in May 2025. Previously, I worked for 2 years in the Finance & Infrastructure team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM, Mumbai), focusing on project financings for RE assets including wind farms, solar parks, hybrid & transmission assets. On the financing side, I undertook deals including debt and equity financings, M&A, ODI transactions, external commercial borrowings & bond issuances on national stock exchanges.
