ABOUT KANISHKA CHAKRABORTY

I’m a strategy and market intelligence professional with 3.5 years of experience helping global enterprises and government agencies make better decisions about where and how they deliver services.At Everest Group, I focus on location strategy, service delivery optimization, competitive benchmarking, and market insights. I’ve advised CXOs from Forbes 500 to companies, with a particular focus on outsourcing trends, talent availability, cost structures, and risk across global delivery locations.My experience spans professional services firms, MAANG companies, service providers, and investment promotion agencies. This range has helped me understand how different types of organizations approach transformation and global operations.I also spent a year as a Sustainability Fellow at Everest Group, where I co-authored the State of the Market Report on Impact Sourcing and explored how inclusive hiring models can scale. I’ve written about AI and inclusion, and have contributed internally to marketing efforts and improving project knowledge systems.As a graduate student, I worked on research related to India’s gig economy, job creation in manufacturing, and corporate bond performance in emerging markets. Most of my academic work began with one big question and led to many smaller and more useful ones.Outside of work, I’m drawn to anything with moving parts.
