Over the past decade, I’ve worked on a broad range of private equity,venture capital and M&A transactions, supporting clients including funds investing in India and globally. This has included early-stage VC rounds, growth capital, secondaries, buyouts, and cross-border acquisitions across sectors like fintech, SaaS, consumer and edtech. A core part of my experience also includes advising on M&A transactions—both strategic and financial—often involving complex structuring, multiple jurisdictions, and regulatory considerations.
