The practice areas of my interest are; Arbitration White Collar Crime Mergers and Acquisitions Private Equity Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution I am open for internships in diverse fields of law which can expand my learnings and capabilities and develop me as a good lawyer. My volunteering attitude towards my work will come in handy where I will be willing to contribute more towards work than my assigned roles and responsibilities. My work ethic involves planning and prioritising, giving attention to detail, observing others and learning from them & having good listening and communication skills which I think are essential skills for a lawyer.
