About Kanika Gour
Working in Salesforce development at Accenture since last 2 years, I\'ve always wondered how such impactful products are discovered and solved at such huge scale. I worked closely with the product owners, listening to their problems, trying to understand their requirements and delivering them on time only to be left intrigued about how did they even come up with such solutions. This got my eyes sparkling whenever I heard \"problem\" & \"user\" & thus I started reading about Product Management and discovered my passion to solve problems with empathy & creativity.
