ABOUT KANIKA DHUPAR

I am a Corporate Affairs and Strategy Planning leader with 14+ years across government, industry, and institutional ecosystems - focused on creating clarity, shaping policy impact, and driving business growth. My experience spans government relations, economic reforms, regulatory simplification, and high-stakes communication. I have worked at the intersection of policy and business, enabling senior leadership to navigate complex environments, build strategic partnerships, and unlock long-term competitiveness.Before joining Welspun World as Senior GM – Corporate Affairs & Strategy Planning, I worked with the Government of India (DPIIT) on national reforms, Ease of Doing Business initiatives, the B-Ready programme, and the Jan Vishwas 2.0 decriminalisation exercise. I also serve as Co-Faculty at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where I teach policy design and implementation to global leaders.I am motivated by opportunities that allow me to bridge policy, strategy, and execution — ensuring that decisions don’t just stay on paper, but translate into meaningful outcomes.
