As a Program Technician II with the Outreach and Compliance Unit, I review and verify Holder eligibility for enrollment into the Voluntary Compliance Program. I answer questions and educate Holders on Unclaimed Property Law, NAUPA II compliance, How to Report and Remit Unclaimed property. ¬ Assist businesses and corporations in implementing procedures relative to all aspects of the UPL¬ Support AGPA with tasks such as holder compliance research and surveys, enrollee status and upcoming deadlines.¬ Coordinate, track and monitor compliance letters, and conduct follow-up with noncompliant holders¬ Log holder interactions, add compliance alerts to the system, and distribute received reports to the Reporting Units for further processing.
