As a Recruitment consultants, responsible for attracting and hunting candidates for jobs and matching\\\\nthem to temporary/permanent positions with client companies. Building positive\\\\nrelationships in order to gain a better understanding of the clients\' recruitment needs.\\\\n\\\\nSuccessfully handled clients (e.g : Airline, Banking & Finance, Media, Pharma, Logistics) and their End to End Recruitment needs; from sourcing talents, conducting interviews, offer letter roll-out and satisfactorily onboarding.\\\\nUsing social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.\\\\nAlso, headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.\\\\nPositively using candidate databases to match the right person to the client\'s vacancy.\\\\nReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests.\\\\nAs per the business needs, requesting for references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.\\\\nBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.\\\\nOrganising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.\\\\nWorked into negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client & candidates, hence offering advice to both on pay rates, training and career progression.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
