ABOUT KANIKA NARULA
After graduating in 2020, I entered RBC as a client advisor, as I felt that would be the challenging role that will allow me to consolidate both my education in finance as well as my passion to start my journey in the Canadian banking industry. This helped me in my professional growth and gave me wings to grow in this industry. After being there for 11 months, I had to move to another province, to be with my family and that led me to join another FI i.e. BMO, as a Personal Banking Associate. Being part of this financial institution, expanded my knowledge and provided me abundant opportunities at professional front; within 6 months, I was promoted to the position of Personal Banker and I have had a chance to even act as an Interim Assistant Branch Manager for a part of time, which widened my horizons to not only be a sales person but people’s person as well.
