ABOUT KANIKA MITTAL

As a Salesforce Solutions Consultant at Accenture London office, I am responsible for delivering new products to drive innovative solutions, facilitate discovery and scoping sessions, workshops with clients to understand processes and potential constraints, design and document requirements as functional features using Agile tools, illustrate and re-engineer business processes as UML and use case charts, contribute to RFPs & other business development activities and bring ‘new IT’ methods and tools to pour clients for Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking in combination with Salesforce implementation methodology. As a Consultant at Berlin office, my main focus was on AI & Analytics and Salesforce projects. I have worked on projects to help clients in identifying relevant KPIs for effective decision making. Delivered solutions using AI tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Discovery, Tableau, and Power BI. I\'ve led CRM implementation and support large software clients using different Salesforce clouds. The projects involved designing business strategies, data analysis, and visualization with a focus on cutting-edge technologies. Attended a management course at Stanford GSB which helped me in building strong analytical skills and understand the business processes better. The coursework included Finance, Economics, Accounting, Managerial Statistics, Business Ethics, Risk Management, Leadership Skills, and Entrepreneurship. To conclude the program, I worked on a project to study the business strategies for one of the molecular diagnostics companies in the USA.Also, holds a master\'s degree in Information Engineering and Computer Science with a specialization in Business Intelligence and Analytics. To conclude the coursework, I worked on a project at BASF (Germany) to optimize and automate the production process using machine learning techniques.
