About Kanika Gupta
Over the last 8+ years, I’ve lived and led transformation — in systems, in teams, and in myself. As Head of Operations at INFS, I’ve juggled HR, Admin, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing — often all in the same day. I build processes, launch verticals, and lead people. But more than that, I create clarity in chaos. My job isn’t just to manage tasks — it’s to turn vision into execution and overwhelm into momentum. From hiring the right people to designing workflows that actually work, I’ve been in the thick of high-growth, high-stakes environments, scaling things without burning them (or myself) out. I also coach. Because before I led teams, I had to rebuild myself — from 107kg to a career in fitness. That experience taught me discipline, empathy, and how real change always starts beneath the surface. What I bring to the table: clarity, ownership, emotional intelligence — and the ability to turn “we’re figuring it out” into “we’ve got it working.”
