ABOUT KANIKA GOYAL
I spent 17 years building businesses in financial services — managing billion-dollar portfolios at Citi, setting up a co-lending business from scratch at Progcap, and training as an ICF-certified leadership coach. Then I made a choice: I brought everything I know about building businesses and understanding people into the world I\'ve always been drawn to — design and art. Today I\'m co-founder of Interspace along with Amit Jain, a curatorial art platform working with emerging Indian artists, and Partner at Moi Den Interiors, a 13-year interior design practice I\'m helping scale with my sister Vandana. I believe the Indian design space is ready for professional rigour without losing its soul. That\'s what I\'m building. Interests: Yoga, strength training, Kathak dance, writing poetry, nature, applied positive psychology, mental wellness & resilience.Certifications: Leadership & Life Coach, Part 1, II & (Coach for Life USA Institute - ICF approved)- demonstrating mastery at PCC level.
