Managing ICFR program for Canada region including evaluating preplanning questionaries’ responses to understand the impact to business processes, communication with management and control owners, execution of testing by team members, review of testing and reporting to management.• Supporting the Workiva project, including taking relevant trainings, assisting in the build out of test steps, and transitioning and documenting test support in the tool. • Coordinate with Deloitte to perform planning activities to create audit plans and to work on the scoping of the areas to be tested.• Planning walkthroughs to be conducted including coordination with process/control owners to walkthrough key controls.• Performing ICFR deep dive to identify weaknesses & providing results/recommendation for improvements to the management and ensuring appropriate actions are being taken.• Documenting control gaps identified through control documentation, walkthroughs, and testing, with attention to new/changing processes, more complex/risky processes, and processes with a direct impact to Financial Reporting.• Working closely with the external audit team to facilitate testing of controls.• Annual review of Risk Assessment and Account scoping for Significant account for the Canada region. Assisting team in completion of monthly/quarterly dashboards for presentation to senior management.• Assisting in preparation of Internal audit report assessment on quarterly basis to management.• Managing the ICFR SharePoint and ensuring the access to authorized individuals, up to date documents are available on the SharePoint and proactive in highlighting issue related to ICFR SharePoint.• Ensure the proper and timely review of monthly/quarterly review of Account Reconciliations and other reporting requirementsand share the feedback and areas of improvement with the team.• Ensured business continuity process is carried out effectively and efficiently.
