   Co-founder of multi-issue social welfare 501(c)4 non-profit organization. We build people power and lead campaigns to win infrastructure investments, advance justice, end corruption, and obtain governing power. Major works include Lahaina Strong —a major community led Maui fire recovery featured in full length Hulu and Frontline documentaries—the Hawaii Clean Elections Coalition, Maui Housing Hui, Hawaii Working Families, a transformative vacation rental to long term housing conversion law, and efforts to improve and advance the Inflation Reduction Act.
