Since joining Amazon in May 2016, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of operational frameworks within the organization. In the initial phase of my career, I held diverse roles spanning seller and customer service management, manpower planning, inventory control, quality assurance, research and data analysis, and inbound operations. In these capacities, I managed teams of over 100 individuals on a daily basis, consistently achieving operational targets and driving performance.With a strong foundation in analytics and extensive hands-on experience with modern analytical tools, I have designed and implemented various solutions that streamlined processes, reduced costs, and improved efficiency. My passion for data analysis and programming motivated me to pursue further technical development, leading to my enrollment in the Data Scientist Master’s Certification Program powered by IBM and facilitated by Simplilearn.Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of Business Analyst within the Removals Supply Chain – India Operations team.
