About Kanhaiya Singhal
My interest in law began during my undergraduate studies, where I studied political science and gained an appreciation for the role of law in shaping public policy. Since then, I have pursued opportunities to gain practical legal experience, including internships with law firms, chambers, High Court and court of first instance. As a law student, I have gained valuable experience through my internships, paper publications in various fields including Litigation, ADR, Intellectual Property Rights, cyber law, Public Interest litigation, etc. Also attended conferences, participated in Trial Advocacy competitions, Moot Courts, paper presentations and seminars to expand my knowledge and network with other legal professionals. I Have a good knowledge and understanding of court proceedings and pleadings. As I move forward in my legal career, I am eager to learn and committed to staying up-to-date on current legal trends, social issues and developments. Overall, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in my legal career. And I am always looking for new ways to make a meaningful impact in the legal field. Whether it’s working on complex corporate transactions or advocating for social justice, I am committed to use my legal skills and passion to make a positive difference in the world.
